CELT’s 18th annual benefit auction is a premier event of the season and CELT’s only fundraiser of the year! Highlighting the connection between art and the environment helps to raise awareness of the natural beauty of Cape Elizabeth and raise critical funds to support the conservation of its most special lands.
Juried artists will paint entirely on location from Friday, July 11 to Sunday, July 13, at designated public and private sites chosen to highlight Cape Elizabeth’s natural beauty. The public is invited to watch participating artists at work throughout the weekend.
The resulting artwork is then auctioned live on Sunday, July 13 at an outdoor tented gala featuring catering by 58 Culinary, live music, and the sale of smaller Mystery Boxes by the participating artists. Tickets go on sale in May.
