Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday. The primary reason is because it is focused on giving thanks. I am exceptionally fortunate to be the executive director of an organization where we have reason to give thanks on a daily basis.
So, in this newsletter, I would like to take the opportunity to tell you how thankful we are for all of you. It is our members and our volunteers that make this an extraordinary organization. It is absolutely remarkable to me how someone is always there to assist our staff in meeting critical needs, from meeting contractors at our office building to working closely with me on new land conservation projects.
This organization is blessed with a community of people who support our mission and make sure that we are successful. I hope on this Thanksgiving day that you have the opportunity to get outside, take a walk, and give thanks in your own way for what all of us, together, have created at CELT.
